In 2014, Mike Coney discussed Unitrends product offerings. The Company is providing its new bundled data protection software package for channel partners. This package integrates Unitrends Enterprise Backup, Unitrends Virtual Backup, along with ReliableDR to deliver comprehensive protection. This package is for channel partners serving mid-market and enterprise customers.
In addition, the Company now has its new hybrid cloud disaster recovery-as-a-service (DRaaS) solution. It unveiled its Unitrends DRaaS in the summer of 2014. The design of it is to allow live spin-ups of virtual and physical environments inside the same cloud. This is to deliver full recovery of full Information Technology infrastructures within the cloud.
The Company focuses on offering its customers scalable solutions that protect them from costly down time and lost business. In addition to backup, archiving, and disaster recovery solutions, it offers its customers replication and instant recovery solutions. The previously mentioned DRaaS solution also offers customers automated testing and certification of recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).
